Renee and Kevin are the best realtors ever!  They gave us excellent referrals for tradespeople, helped stage amazing open houses, sold our home 3 times in 5 days (because of some flaky buyers!) and walked us through all the paperwork and the process involved in selling a home. Renee and Kevin are amazing! They helped my wife and I purchase our first home ever. We originally contacted them to see if we could get some help renting another house, but they suggested that we look into home ownership. We had always wanted to be homeowners, but we could never afford to pay closing costs. Renee let us know about a program from Bank of America for first-time homebuyers that helped with those aforementioned costs. She and Kevin helped us to secure financing, a home inspection professional, and everything else that we needed. We looked around for a few months for just the right place and found it in an area in west Phoenix. They looked for home after home with us and were extremely compassionate about finding the right type of home for my wife who has severe disabilities and health conditions. They were also kind, professional, prompt, and always provided sound advice for us. We have now lived in our home for six years. We do not imagine ever moving again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to contact Renee and Kevin again. They were amazing from start to finish! Kevin and Renee made the first time home buying experience feel easier than we could have ever imagined. We came across one of the houses from their listing and from there we were very excited to work with them and eager to start house hunting. They referenced us to a financial advisor who helped us secure all the financing parts to home buying. They walked us through everything. Renee did an amazing job on locking in our offer quickly when we found the house my family was interested in. They did everything in a timely manner that worked for us. From the negotiation process of the home to inspections and referring us to contractors Etc. They are very knowledgeable in everything to do with the home buying process! They were patient, kind, efficient and just overall an amazing duo. Even after it all, Kevin & Renee continue to stay in touch. We met Renee and Kevin at an open house for a home in Laveen that we fell in love with. As we didn't have a realtor at that time, Renee and Kevin helped us through the process of purchasing the home. They were awesome every step of the way. When it came time to sell our old house in Phoenix, Renee and Kevin were, again, there at every step as our listing agent.
