Renee and Kevin were referred to us by our trusted agent in California. My husband and I are first time buyers. We talked about our budget and what type of home we were looking for. Once we went to look at homes we found the house we wanted to bid on. Both Renee and Kevin helped us with the negotiation and understanding of the home buying process. My favorite part working with both Renee and Kevin was how well they explained the whole process , the amazing updates they gave us and the support. My husband and I highly recommend Rene and Kevin. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

Renee was extremely helpful and professional in helping our family list and sell several properties including a multi-family property. She gave us great advice on what property improvements to make. We were also very impressed with her efforts at pursuing all leads no matter how small or insignificant which definitely produced results. Would highly recommend her services.

As the Designated Broker of BMN Real Estate & Referral Services, I don’t hesitate to refer my clients and friends to professionals I trust. Kevin and Renee recently helped one of my lifelong friends sell their home, and they exceeded every expectation.

From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure the transaction was smooth, stress-free, and successful. Their communication, professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for their client were exceptional.

It’s always rewarding when a referral is treated with the same level of care that I would provide myself. Kevin and Renee earned my highest recommendation, and I look forward to referring more clients to them in the future.

Renee and Kevin are the best realtors ever! They gave us excellent referrals for tradespeople, helped stage amazing open houses, sold our home 3 times in 5 days (because of some flaky buyers!) and walked us through all the paperwork and the process involved in selling a home. Their customer service is incredible and they always work from their hearts. I recommend them most highly and will definitely use their services again myself in the future!

We were referred to Kevin and Renee by our best friend / Realtor in California and we couldn't have asked for better advocates in our home buying process! Kevin and Renee listened and then plotted our perfect plan of attack so there was no wasting time and energy on looking at homes that were not options. With their expert guidance we found our perfect home and experienced a seamless transaction. On top of their professionalism and knowledge, they are really down-to-earth people that we felt like we've known all our lives! We have such confidence and trust in these two that we have referred two other family members to them who have also had the same wonderful experiences!
Thank you guys! :)

Renee and Kevin are amazing! They helped my wife and I purchase our first home ever. We originally contacted them to see if we could get some help renting another house, but they suggested that we look into home ownership. We had always wanted to be homeowners, but we could never afford to pay closing costs. Renee let us know about a program from Bank of America for first-time homebuyers that helped with those aforementioned costs.

She and Kevin helped us to secure financing, a home inspection professional, and everything else that we needed. We looked around for a few months for just the right place and found it in an area in west Phoenix. They looked for home after home with us and were extremely compassionate about finding the right type of home for my wife who has severe disabilities and health conditions. They were also kind, professional, prompt, and always provided sound advice for us.

We have now lived in our home for six years. We do not imagine ever moving again, but if we did, we would not hesitate to contact Renee and Kevin again. They were amazing from start to finish! We could not recommend them more highly!

Kevin and Renee made the first time home buying experience feel easier than we could have ever imagined. We came across one of the houses from their listing and from there we were very excited to work with them and eager to start house hunting. They referenced us to a financial advisor who helped us secure all the financing parts to home buying. They walked us through everything. Renee did an amazing job on locking in our offer quickly when we found the house my family was interested in. They did everything in a timely manner that worked for us. From the negotiation process of the home to inspections and referring us to contractors Etc. They are very knowledgeable in everything to do with the home buying process! They were patient, kind, efficient and just overall an amazing duo. Even after it all, Kevin & Renee continue to stay in touch. Thanks again for being such a delight and blessing to have been our realtors!

We met Renee and Kevin at an open house for a home in Laveen that we fell in love with. As we didn't have a realtor at that time, Renee and Kevin helped us through the process of purchasing the home. They were awesome every step of the way. When it came time to sell our old house in Phoenix, Renee and Kevin were, again, there at every step as our listing agent. Even suggesting improvements to the house and contractors that could do the work. We never felt lost or uncomfortable.

I have known Renee and Kevin from my real estate transaction a few years ago and have been going back to them for each and every transaction since then! They are very knowledgeable, have such understanding of the market, and they go above and beyond for each step! They have been trusted advisors for me for each transaction so far. Thank you so much Renee and Kevin! Without your diligence and help, none of the remote RE transactions would have been possible so smoothly!!
Highly recommend!
